It provides a real time video and audio environment to offer mediators, arbitrators, attorneys and other legal practitioners the opportunity carry on mediation and arbitration conferences using the latest state-of-the-art videoconferencing technology combined with our proprietary Case Management System. In this way we create a unique environment, very similar to traditional conferences, saving time, travel expenses and reducing costs, right from your desk, without having to leave your office.

A survey, released by Consumer Reports, states consumers who have purchased goods and services online, 25% said they stopped making online purchases due to lack of trust. The MARS “Shop with Confidence” Seal-(Trustmark) displayed on your site plus the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Service, enhances your in house customer service program and assures buyers of your commitment to customer satisfaction and your willingness to partake in an impartial, independent, third party dispute resolution process, should a problem or dispute arise. By displaying the MARS Seal (Trustmark) on your auction or store site, you will provide Buyers with information about your business status and how you can be contacted, as well as, securing their trust, loyalty and future patronage.
Annual 'Shop with Confidence' Seal and Online Dispute Resolution Service Fee $120.00
Complaint Response Fee with a Seal $10.00
Cost should a mediator/arbitrator need to become involved in a case (this fee is only incurred should you and the consumer/buyer not be able to settle the dispute on your own) $30.00
Should the mediator/arbitrator be required to settle the case and make an award in favor of the consumer/buyer, there will be a Complaint Resolution Fee of 3.00% of the award, charged to you.
If your decision is to participate on a one time basis in the dispute resolution process” through the MARS Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Case Management Service, please be aware the fee will be higher and you will have none of the benefits of the MARS “Shop with Confidence” Seal (Trustmark) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Service.
