When I participate in the MARS SEAL PROGRAM, what am I agreeing to do?

The MARS Seal Program and the Fair & Square Online Dispute Resolution Program, were designed to make sure you will have a means to resolve a problem or dispute to your satisfaction. What you agree to do is as follows:

· That prior to filing a claim, you will participate in the merchant’s in Internal Customer Service Program in order to resolve the problem or dispute.

· That if you decide to file a claim and participate in the Fair & Square Online Dispute Resolution Program, you will put forth your best effort to work with the merchant to resolve the problem or dispute.

· Please remember, your participation in this program is VOLUNTARY. If, for any reason, you do not agree with decision, you have the option to pursue other remedies in order to resolve the problem or dispute.
