How does the Fair & Square Online Dispute Resolution Program work?

If the Merchant’s internal Customer Service Program
fails to resolve a problem or dispute, you the Customer may choose to file a
claim by filling out the Online Registration Form and making a statement
indicating the nature of the dispute, a brief summary of the reasons for the
dispute and the amount of damages being sought. The minimum amount of damages
sought will be $100.00 and the transaction must have taken place within the
last 60 days.
· If there still is no agreement, the final suggestion of the Mediator/Arbitrator will stand as the binding resolution of the dispute. If the decision is in your favor, the Merchant has agreed to pay the you any monetary award or accept the return of merchandise and return funds paid for them or will provide services or make any other restitution agreed upon. Depending on which one of the three MARS SEAL PROGRAM OPTIONS the Merchant has chosen, the Merchant will also pay, all or part, of the your cost of using the MARS Fair & Square ODR Program, including any registration fees advanced by you. If the decision is in favor of the Merchant and depending on which one of the three MARS SEAL PROGRAM OPTIONS the Merchant has chosen, the Merchant has agreed to pay, all or part, of the your cost of using the MARS Fair & Square ODR Program, including any registration fees advanced by you. The terms of the resolution will be reduced to writing and the conditions carried out.

If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with the
outcome of the MARS Fair & Square ODR Program, you have the option to
pursue other remedies in order to resolve the problem or dispute.
